in Lianyungang. We currently toll manufacture ranges of adhesives and of lubricants and our toll manufacture
customers include Dow Chemical and Tricool
international.
Chameleon is particularly well suited to product ranges that require careful in process control and which
have high final product quality requirements. Our background in imaging chemical manufacture means that we
regularly produce products with high purity and are have established strong quality control testing
capabilities. Our toll manufacture customers also value Chameleon’s responsible attitude and high
environmental and safety standards as well as, of course, our very cost competitive location and manufacture
setup. We have both ISO 9000 and 14000 accreditation.
The plant setup is flexible and enables
manufacture of a wide range of products in either small or large volumes. We can offer production in our
extensive range of existing equipment or investment in bespoke and dedicated equipment depending on our
customer’s requirements.
Chameleon’s site infrastructure offers both 3 bar steam and hot oil
heating systems, cooling water and chilled (sub zero) cooling, nitrogen and both vacuum and pressure. Our
reactors, heat exchangers and filters enable us to handle solvents and both acidic and alkali reaction
conditions. We also have a range of liquid and solid packaging and milling options.
