Geraint Davies BSc FCA
Managing Director
Geraint has broad commercial experience in the imaging chemicals business and a proven track record of success. He has over 10 years experience of the paper chemicals and imaging chemicals industries including 4 years as General Manager of Ciba's colorformer business. During this time he delivered significant sales growth and investment as well as leading the establishment of Ciba's colorformer joint venture in China and the subsequent transfer of production from UK in 2005 and 2006.

Tony Huo BSc MBA
Production Director and General Manager for China
Tony has broad experience within the chemical industry in China and has particular expertise in EHS and colorformer manufacture. He has worked for 15 years with multinational companies in the pharmaceutical and fine chemical sectors. As Deputy General Manager of Ciba’s colorformer JV he gained experience of plant construction, manufacture and EHS responsibility. He was a key member of the JV’s business development team in China, including domestic sales. Tony is the General Manager of Chameleon’s production plant.
